Alison Jennifer Wirtz

<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Alison J. Wirtz</strong> is a Restructuring partner with Kirkland &amp; Ellis LLP in Chicago, where she concentrates her practice on all aspects of corporate restructuring, bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings. She has represented a leading manufacturer of premium solar technology based in Singapore, PGX Holdings, Inc. and 11 of its affiliates, QualTek Services Inc. and its subsidiaries in their chapter 11 cases in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas, Celsius Network LLC and its affiliates in their chapter 11 cases filed in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, an oilfield services provider and value-added distributor in the energy and industrial industries in connection with its out-of-court restructuring, and Frontera Generation Holdings LLC and five of its affiliates in their prearranged chapter 11 cases filed in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas, among others. Ms. Wirtz previously was with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher &amp; Flom LLP, Gerchen Keller Capital, LLC and NERA Economic Consulting. She received her B.A. in 2010 with honors in economics and law, letters and society from the University of Chicago, and her J.D. in 2016 from the University of Chicago Law School, where she was a staff member of the <em>Chicago Journal of International Law</em>.</p>
