Edwin Tai

Edwin Tai, CFA is a director of Strategic Credit with Eagle Point Credit Management in New York and has investment expertise in high-yield, distressed-debt and equity investing. He has profitably managed investment portfolios and generated alpha, and has served on steering committees and negotiated financial restructurings and debt exchanges with companies and creditors. Mr. Tai previously was a senior advisor with Pantas, partner with DSC Meridian Capital, senior portfolio manager with Newfleet Asset Management and portfolio manager with Third Avenue Management. He received his Bachelor’s degree in economics and finance from Rutgers University, his M.S. in accounting from Babson College and hisM.B.A. from MIT Sloan School of Management.
