Marc Hecht

Marc Hecht is counsel in Simpson Thacher & Bartlett’s Restructuring Practice in London. He regularly advises the full spectrum of stakeholders, including debtors, creditors, investors, sponsors and management teams on complex domestic and cross-border restructuring and insolvency situations. Mr. Hechth as experience of both contentious and non contentious restructurings, and he advises clients in connection with acquisitions of distressed assets. He received a B.A. from the University of Leeds, his LPC from College of Law, London and his GDL from BPP University Law School, London.
