Nick Morgan

Nick Morgan is a consultant with Grant Thornton UK LLP in London. He joined the insolvency and asset recovery team in December 2019 to spearhead business development and strategic deal origination for a new asset-recovery fund, established with a third-party funder to finance large-ticket enforcement and asset-recovery mandates. He focuses primarily on banks and non-bank financials. Mr. Morgan’s clients are workout groups, specialist nonperforming loan units, noncore asset teams, hedge funds and other holders of claims, distressed debt, judgments and awards. Previously, Mr. Morgan was a fixed-income and financial institutions banker with a background in debt capital markets, structured finance and derivatives. He received his B.Sc. in geology and geophysics from King’s College London and hisM.Sc. in mineral exploration from Imperial College London.
