Stuti Jain

Stuti Jain is a director and head of Workout & Recovery Management with Deutsche Bank AG inSingapore and has experience in advising financial institutions and corporations in Asia facing difficult situations, including evaluating businesses, executing financial restructurings, forecasting cash flows, conducting working-capital reviews, and devising enforcement and divestment strategies. She has spent over a decade in the region working on complex cross-border matters involving China, Singapore, Indonesia, India, BVI, Cayman and Hong Kong. Ms. Jain’s deal experience includes acting for China Investment Corporation in the PT Bumi Resources restructuring, advising lenders in connection with defaults in India, and leading the liquidation teams for Lehman Brothers and MF Global in Hong Kong. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a long-time IWIRC member, having served as a co-chair of its HongKong chapter in 2018. Ms. Jain received her Master’s degree in global finance from the Stern School ofBusiness in New York and the Hong Kong University of Science & Technology.
