Pierre-Gilles Wogue

Pierre-Gilles Wogue is a founding partner of ADVANT Altana in Paris and has an extensive national and international practice spanning two decades in both transactional and litigation matters, including restructurings and special situations. He provides a wide range of advice and assistance to main stakeholders and/or distressed transnational companies, from mid- to large-size companies, conglomerates and financial institutions, to help them navigate crises and/or special situations. This includes inter-alia distressed M&A situations, financial and/or operational restructuring, crisis-management assistance, pre-litigation, and litigation related to crisis and pre-insolvency and insolvency. Mr. Wogue is frequently requested to participate in the process of various reforms and regulations at national and European levels. He previously was a partner at Rambaud Martel (now Orrick Rambaud Martel), then joined Salans (now Dentons) in 2006, then co-founded ADVANT Altana in 2009. Mr Wogue is a graduate of Sciences-Po Paris, holds a Masters degree in BusinessLaw from Assas, and received his post-graduate diploma in Private Law from the Sorbonne.
