Nicole P. Novak

Nicole P. Novak is a staff attorney for Chapter 13 Trustee Debra Miller in Knoxville, Tennessee. Ms. Novak is licensed to practice law in Ohio (2006) and Maryland (2018).  She has worked for debtors, creditors, and trustees.  Her practice prior to joining the Office of the Chapter 13 Trustee focused on debtor representation with an emphasis on Chapter 13.  Ms. Novak graduated magna cum laude from Cleveland State University College of Law.  She is active in consumer bankruptcy communities locally and nationally.  Ms. Novak is a frequent author and speaker on consumer bankruptcy topics and served as the Maryland contributor to the Thomson Reuters' Bankruptcy Exemption Manual.  Ms. Novak is an active member of the ABI, Maryland State Bar Association's Consumer Bankruptcy Section, Maryland Bankruptcy Bar Association, NACBA, NACTT, and the NACTT Academy.
