Sujeet Indap is co-author of The Caesars Palace Coup: How a Billionaire Brawl Over the FamousCasino Exposed the Power and Greed of Wall Street, based in New York. He also is the U.S. editor of the Lex Column at the Financial Times and a contributor to Due Diligence, the FT’s daily newsletter ondeals and dealmakers. Mr. Indap writes frequently on the intersection of corporate finance and corporate law. Prior to joining the Financial Times in 2013, he was an investment banker. Mr. Indap received hisB.A. from Pomona College and his M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
