Paige M. Vaillancourt, Esq.

Paige M. Vaillancourt is a partner at Rescia Law, P.C. and is part of the firm’s bankruptcy and insolvency practice.  She graduated from Western New England University School of Law in 2018 where she was Editor-in-Chief of the Western New England Law Review and where she currently teaches Advanced Legal Analysis as an adjunct professor.  She is a 2024 National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges NextGen participant and was a Connecticut Bar Association (CBA) Presidential Fellow for the 2020-2022 term.  She was awarded the 2019 Rising Star Award by the Commercial Law & Bankruptcy Section of the CBA and served as the Commercial Law & Bankruptcy Executive Committee Chair of the CBA’s Young Lawyers Section (YLS) from 2019-2024, for which she was awarded the 2019-2020 Rookie of the Year Award and 2022-2023 Star of the Year Award.  She is now the 2024-2025 YLS Chair-Elect.  She enjoys working on community outreach projects, especially for younger generations, and was awarded a distinction for service to the bar by Judge Julie A. Manning.  She has organized and spoken at a variety of legal education events and participates on a number of boards and committees, as well as in numerous pro bono initiatives.  She is admitted to the bars for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of Connecticut and the U.S. District Court for the Districts of Massachusetts and Connecticut.  She is a member of the Connecticut Bar Associations, the Hampden and Hampshire County Bar Associations, the International Women’s Insolvency Reorganization Confederation New England and Connecticut Networks, and the American Bankruptcy Institute.
