Carlos E. Loredo, Esq.

Carlos Loredo is an associate with Nicholson P.C. in Boston, where he focuses on corporate and commercial matters involving mergers and acquisitions, business entities, bankruptcy reorganizations and secured transactions. As a bilingual Mexican American, he is committed to diversity and recognized for impacting social change. Mr. Loredo is a member of ABI’s Diversity Working Group and previously was a teacher in the Cambridge, Mass., public school system, as well as a bilingual teacher in the LasCruces public school system in Las Cruces, N.M. He also clerked for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for theDistrict of Massachusetts. Mr. Loredo is a member of the Boston Bar Association and co-chairs both itsBankruptcy New Lawyers Committee and Bankruptcy Education Subcommittee. He received his B.S.in education in 2012 from New Mexico State University and his J.D. in 2019 from Suffolk UniversityLaw School.
