Shelley Skarda

Shelley Skarda is senior vice president of Clinical Operations at Meridian Behavioral Health, LLC in Minneapolis and has been a long-term advocate for accessible and quality substance use disorder and mental health treatment services. She joined Meridian Behavioral Health in 2008 as a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) and spent the following eight years building expertise and proficiency through work in many roles within the organization. In 2016, Ms. Skarda was promoted to her cur-rent role, and her responsibilities include the clinical and financial performance of multiple residential facilities and outpatient clinics, along with contributing to the overall strategic initiatives of MeridianBehavioral Health. As a result of her successes over the years, she has garnered a strong track record throughout the State of Minnesota as a change agent and vigilant leader. Ms. Skarda received her B.S. inhuman services with a focus on alcohol and drug counseling from Metropolitan State University.
