William Howorth

Will Howorth, CPA is CFO of Urgent Care at HCA Physician Services Group in Nashville, Tenn. He previously served as HCA’s vice president of Strategy & Development, director of corporate development of its Special Assets Group, and director of Development. Among other activities, he has executed M&A transactions for HCA, HCA business units, service lines and other strategic areas of interest as advised by the company’s executive team, and he supported HCA’s corporate venture capital fund and other strategic partnership activity. Before joining HCA, Mr. Howorth was a private banking analyst with Merrill Lynch and an audit associate with Pricewaterhouse Coopers. He received his B.S. in business and accounting and a B.A. in history from Washington & Lee University in 2006, and his J.D. from the Nashville School of Law.
