Phillip D. Berger, Esq.

Phillip D. Berger is the owner and founder of Berger Law Group, P.C. in Bryn Mawr, Pa., and has been practicing law for 26 years in the state, federal and bankruptcy courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is also licensed to practice in Washington, D.C. Mr. Berger concentrates his practice in creditors' rights and represents national, regional and local financial institutions, as well as in- vestors. He also handles commercial litigation matters and represent businesses in state and federal courts in a variety of commercial matters, including partnership and shareholder disputes, real prop- erty disputes, trust and estate litigation, temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunctions. In addition, Mr. Berger has a sports law practice. He is a former NFL agent who represented collegiate athletes seeking to enter the NFL, and he currently represents a boxing promotions company that promotes boxing matches and fighters throughout the United States. Mr. Berger received his B.A. in economics from Tufts University and his J.D. from the National Law Center at George Washington University.
