Michael Mills

Michael Mills is the co-founder and chief strategy officer of Neota Logic Inc. in New York, which de- veloped a no-code software platform with which nonprogrammers can build expert systems to automate advice, documents and processes. He is also a director of Pro Bono Net, which provides innovative         technology for the nonprofit legal sector, and co-founded the Central Park Conservancy. Previously, Mr. Mills was a partner with Mayer Brown, and while practicing at Davis Polk & Wardwell, he led technol- ogy strategy, business development, knowledge management, professional development, practice sup- port and e-discovery. He also was with Kraft & Kennedy, where he served as a technology consultant to law firms and law departments. Mr. Mills received his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School, after which he clerked for a U.S. district judge.
