Debra Henderson Morgan

Debra Morgan is managing director of CohnReznick LLP’s Restructuring and Dispute ResolutionPractice in Dallas and has more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate portfolio management, acquisitions, recapitalizations, and the restructure and disposition of distressed debt and over leveraged real estate. Her areas of expertise include CMBS, bridge and mezzanine debt, bankruptcy and litigation management, and real estate economics. Previously, Ms. Morgan was founder and CEO ofBlackEagle Real Estate Partners, managing director of C-III Asset Management (k/n/a Greystone), vice president of CLMG, a Beal Bank affiliate, and vice president of J.E. Robert Companies. She is a member of the Texas Real Estate Commission. Ms. Morgan received her B.A. in interdisciplinary studies from the University of Texas at Dallas.
