Jeffrey Hoffman

Jeffrey Hoffman is a managing director at Capital One Healthcare Finance in Bethesda, Md., and has more than 30 years of professional experience as a lending professional, with a focus on secured trans- actions to health care companies. His experience includes structuring, negotiating and servicing lending products to middle-market and larger companies. Previously, Mr. Hoffman was a managing director at GE Healthcare Financial Services, where he specialized in providing leveraged finance and asset-based senior debt capital to health care companies for working capital, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations and restructurings. He also managed teams that underwrote and managed senior secured health care loans. Mr. Hoffman received his B.A. in political science from the University of Albany and his M.B.A. in banking and financial markets from Adelphi University.
