John P. Gustafson

Hon. John P. Gustafson is a U.S. Bankruptcy Judge for the Northern District of Ohio in Toledo, appointed in 2014. He previously was a bankruptcy law clerk, an associate and partner in a law firm that did both debtor and creditor representation, a solo bankruptcy practitioner representing debtors, banks and trustees, the staff attorney for a chapter 13 trustee, and a chapter 13 trustee.
