Jeffrey Andrew Nerland

Jeffrey A. Nerland is a senior director of SierraConstellation Partners LLC in Los Angeles and has more than 30 years of senior financial management and advisory experience for underperforming com- panies, both domestically and internationally. An experienced restructuring professional, he has success- fully led numerous distressed clients to stability and profitability, and has experience in a wide variety of industries, including aerospace, contracting, distribution, home furnishings, transportation, manufac- turing, real estate and retail. Among his representations, Mr. Nerland has led the strategic, financial and operational assessment of a $130 million apparel manufacturer for an international holding company; been senior vice president and group president for a leading provider of interior components to the private aircraft industry; and assisted GE Capital in evaluating strategic operations with its senior loan to a $70 million manufacturing company. He received his bachelor's degree in business management from Indiana University and his Master's degree in finance with honors from the University of Southern California, during which time he taught strategic planning in USC's Undergraduate School of Business.
