Susan Poll Klaessy

Susan Poll Klaessy is a partner and trial lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP in Chicago, where she concentrates her practice in bankruptcy and insolvency matters, fiduciary liability, debtors’ and creditors’ rights, corporate dissolution, fraud, corporate governance disputes and complex business litigation. She has represented debtors, creditors and other stakeholders in restructurings, liquidations and other dis-tressed situations. Ms. Klaessy also is an adjunct law professor at Loyola University Chicago School ofLaw. She is admitted to practice in Illinois, the District of Columbia and Virginia. Ms. Klaessy is ratedAV-Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell and is listed in Super Lawyers from 2020-22 and as a Super Lawyers “Rising Star from 2014-19.
