Conor McShane

Conor McShane is a partner with AlixPartners, LLP in New York and has more than 15 years of experience assisting management teams through financial restructurings, as well as operational due diligence and complex M&A processes across numerous industries, including technology, infrastructure, oil and gas, real estate and hospitality. He has experience in critical areas of the restructuring process, including business plan development, cash-flow modeling, due diligence, valuation, financial planning and sale of assets. Mr. McShane leads teams across all levels of client organizations, whether navigating complex restructuring processes or in the pursuit of growth-focused strategic alternatives. Prior to moving to the U.S. in 2012, he was a workout banker in London, where he managed the bank’s distressed exposure to the U.K. hospitality sector. Mr. McShane was honored as one of ABI’s 40 Under 40 in 2020 and has received industry recognition for his teams’ role in the Avaya (TMA) and Sungard (The Deal) restructurings. He received his B.A. in business from Trinity College Dublin and his Master’s from ESSEC Business School in Paris.
