Leonora K. Baughman

Leonora K. Baughman is a partner with Kilpatrick & Associates, P.C. in Auburn Hills, Mich. Pre- viously, she was a vice president with Chrysler Insurance Company, a staff attorney for Chrysler Fi- nancial Corp. and an associate with Foster, Swift, Collins & Coey, P.C. Ms. Baughman is admitted to the Michigan Bar, for which she has served as vice chair, secretary and treasurer of its Business Reorganization section and chair of its In-House Counsel Committee, and she is a member of ABI and the American Bar Association. She is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts of the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan. Ms. Baughman received her B.A. in political science and sconomics in 1977 from the University of Michigan and her J.D. in 1981 from the University of Notre Dame Law School.
