Michael S. Weinstein

Michael S. Weinstein is a partner with Golenbock Eiseman Assor Bell & Peskoe LLP in New York, where he focuses his practice on restructurings and bankruptcy, advising distressed entities and individuals, acquirers of distressed assets, and holders of debt of distressed entities. He has represented numerous creditors, debtors and bankruptcy trustees. He also has experience in the acquisition, disposition, and financing of office, retail, residential and industrial properties throughout the U.S. Mr. Weinstein received his B.A. from Tulane University and his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law.
