Wayne Spivak

Wayne Spivak is a staff attorney for Laurie Weatherford, the standing chapter 13 trustee in Orlando, Fla.. Prior to joining the office in October 2013, he worked for several years as a creditors' rights at- torney with both Albertelli Law and Ronald R. Wolfe and Associates, P.L. Before practicing law, Mr. Spivak spent nine years on active duty in the U.S. Navy as an electronics technician, then worked seven years as a claims representative for the Social Security Administration. He received his B.A. in public administration in 1998 from San Diego State University and his J.D. from Stetson Law in 2005.
