Christophe Thevenot

Christophe Thévenot is a partner with Thévenot & Perdereau Administrateurs Judiciaires in Paris. After gaining professional experience in aeronautics in Canada, he moved on to a law firm that specialized in insolvency and recovery. In 1997, he established himself as a judicial administrator and has been involved in several major cases by different courts of commerce in France, mainly in Paris. Mr. Thévenot specializes in preventive restructuring (conciliation, ad hoc mandate) and has built a core competence in strategic negotiations and mediation. He has conducted several safeguard procedures, administrator mandates, and temporary administrator or private receiverships. Mr. Thévenot is president of the Conseil National des Administrateurs Judiciaires et Mandataires Judiciaires (National Council of French Insolvency Practitioners) and is honorary president of ASPAJ, the Association Syndicale Profes- sionnelle des Administrateurs Judiciaires. He also is a member of the board and maître de conférences at HEC Entrepreneurs. Mr. Thévenot received his AMP from Harvard Business School and his Mastère Spécialisé HEC Entrepreneurs from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Marseille.
