Dania Slim

Dania Slim is a partner with Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw & Pittman LLP in Miami and Palm Beach, Fla.,where she focuses her practice on bankruptcy, litigation and corporate skills in both in- and out-of-court restructurings. Selected as a “Rising Star” by Law360 and Super Lawyers, she represents debtors, creditors and other parties in interest (including asset-purchasers) in bankruptcy cases across a broad range of industries, including health care, real estate, hospitality and manufacturing. A significant portion of her practice also focuses on Latin America. Ms. Slim is a 2020 honoree of ABI’s “40 Under 40” pro-gram. She received her B.A. cum laude in 2005 from Florida International University and her J.D. in2008 from The George Washington University Law School, where she served as executive editor of theGeorge Washington University Law Review.
