Anu R. Singh, CPA, CFA, CTP, CIRA, CDBV is a managing director with Kaufman, Hall & Associates, LLC in Chicago and co-leader of the firm’s Mergers, Acquisitions & Partnerships practice. He has 25 years of experience as a trusted advisor to top executives and boards nationwide, and he has worked on more than 350 partnership engagements for a broad range of organizations. Mr. Singh currently leads the evaluation, structuring, negotiation and execution of mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, joint ventures and other forms of transactions. He also helps organizations assess their strategic options, growth strategies and enterprise-optimization efforts. His clients include health care service organizations and other mission-based organizations, as well as capital providers and lenders within the industry. Known for his deep expertise in health care M&A trends, Mr. Singh is a regular speaker at industry events and has authored numerous articles and white papers. He is also routinely quoted in national media and industry publications. Prior to Kaufman Hall, Mr. Singh was a director in the Corporate Advisory Services practice of Huron Consulting Group, where he executed turnaround and restructuring plans, advised on mergers, acquisitions and other transactions, and raised capital for a variety of clients. He also has over-seas work experience, particularly on behalf of aid agencies, central banks and other parties involved in major financial markets. Mr. Singh received his B.S. in finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and his M.B.A. from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
