Paul S. Jasper

<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Paul S. Jasper</strong> is senior counsel at Perkins Coie LLP’s San Francisco office in the firm’s Bankruptcy &amp; Restructuring and Financial Transactions division. For more than 25 years, he has represented clients in bankruptcy, corporate restructuring and complex litigation matters. Mr. Jasper represents creditor committees, debtors, indenture trustees, secured and unsecured creditors, and asset-purchasers in nationwide bankruptcy cases, as well as out-of-court workouts and restructurings. He also advises creditors, assignees for the benefit of creditors, trustees, receivers and asset-purchasers in connection with receiverships, assignments for the benefit of creditors and other state insolvency matters. Mr. Jasper led Perkins Coie’s recent representations of the creditors’ committees and the liquidation trustees for the Watsonville Hospital, Madera Community Hospital, and Svenhard’s Swedish Bakery bankruptcy cases. He is listed in <em>The Best Lawyers in America</em> for Bankruptcy and Creditor/Debtor Rights/Insolvency and Reorganization Law from 2023-25. Mr. Jasper received his B.A. <em>cum laude</em> from the University of California, San Diego and his J.D from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law.</p>
