Todd M. Patnode

Todd M. Patnode is a managing director of Deloitte Transactions and Business Analytics LLP in Dallas, where he provides professional services related to crisis management, corporate recovery, valuation, mergers and acquisitions, and transaction advisory to parties in a broad variety of distressed corporate settings, with a significant emphasis on U.S. health care. He represents private and public companies, nonprofit institutions, providers, secured creditors, unsecured creditors’ committees, bond insurance companies, governmental entities, trustees, examiners and other parties in interest. Mr. Patnode’s healthcare sector experience includes hospitals, municipal hospital districts, academic medical centers, skilled nursing care, senior housing, long-term acute-care hospitals, home health/hospice, durable medical equipment, physician practices, physician practice management companies, managed care organizations, ambulatory surgical centers and institutional pharmacies. Prior to joining Deloitte, Mr. Patnode was a director of a national boutique crisis management and restructuring firm, a managing director at a large professional services firm with a particular emphasis in the health care industry, and a director in the Business Recovery Services group of a Big Four accounting/consulting firm. In addition, he was a member of the firm’s Corporate Valuation Group, where he completed fairness opinions of health care systems transactions, provided fixed and intangible asset valuations of multi-industry companies, and completed financial feasibility studies for their inclusion into municipal bond offerings. Mr. Patnode received his B.A. from Seton Hall University’s W. Paul Stillman School of Business.
