Nava Hazan
Nava Hazan is a partner in Squire Patton Boggs’s Restructuring & Insolvency Practice Group in New<br>York and co-chairs its Cross-Border Restructuring Practice. Her practice involves the representation of foreign liquidators and administrators in cross-border proceedings and chapter 15 cases. Ms. Hazan has represented numerous debtors and liquidators in chapter 15 cases, with foreign proceedings in Canada, the U.K., Spain, the British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands, Antigua and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, as well as in connection with various U.S. proceedings in and out of court. She also<br>represents debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, and creditors’ committees in chapter 11 cases in various industries. Ms. Hazan received her J.D. in 1995 and her Master’s Degree in Law in 1996 from Panthéon-Assas University, her Master’s Degree in Law from Panthéon-Sorbonne University in 1997 and her LL.M. from Columbia University in 1999.
