Charles G. Moore is a sole practitioner with Charles G. Moore Attorney at Law in St. Petersburg, Fla.,where represents consumer debtors in chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy cases. He has been practicing law in excess of 31 years and has handled well over 2,700 bankruptcy cases. Mr. Moore is an active member of ABI, the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, the Tampa Bay Bankruptcy BarAssociation and the National Association of Chapter Thirteen Trustees. He served as NACBA’s FloridaChair from 2011-18. Previously, Mr. Moore was a criminal prosecuting attorney with the Sixth JudicialCircuit of the State of Florida. He received his B.S. in business administration in 1987 from the University of Florida and his J.D. in 1991 from Stetson University College of Law.
