John N. Tedford, IV
John N. Tedford, IV is a partner with Levene, Neale, Bender, Yoo & Golubchik, L.L.P., in Los Angeles and represents chapter 7 and 11 trustees, debtors and creditors in all types of bankruptcy cases, adversary proceedings and appeals, as well as equity receivers appointed by federal and state courts. He frequently writes and speaks on bankruptcy issues. Mr. Tedford’s articles on the dischargeability of non priority taxes reported on untimely tax returns appeared in the September 2019 issue of the ABI Journal and the 2020 Norton Annual Survey of Bankruptcy Law. Prior to joining Levene Neale, John was a partner at Danning, Gill, Israel & Krasnoff, LLP. Prior to that, he clerked for Hon. Alan Ahart, Hon. Ellen Carroll and Hon. Kathleen P. March at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California. He is President of the California Bankruptcy Forum and has been President of the Los Angeles Bankruptcy Forum, President of the Financial Lawyers Conference, and Co-Chair of the Insolvency Law Committee of the California Lawyers Association's Business Law Section. Mr. Tedford received his B.S. in business administration in 1996 from the University of Southern California and his J.D. in 1999 from the University of Southern California School of Law.
