Steven C. Strong

Steven C. Strong is a shareholder with Cohne Kinghorn, P.C. in Salt Lake City. He was previously a partner at Dorsey & Whitney, a shareholder at Ray, Quinney & Nebeker, and an associate at LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae. Mr. Strong provides legal solutions to clients in a wide variety of debtor/ creditor matters, including bankruptcy, loan workout, commercial litigation, and contract and settlement negotiations. He regularly represents debtors, creditors, bankruptcy trustees, business owners and con- tract parties in bankruptcy cases and debtor/creditor disputes. Mr. Strong is admitted to practice in Utah state and federal courts, and before the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Ninth and Tenth Circuits. He is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell, has been named one of Utah's "Legal Elite" Bankruptcy Lawyers by Utah Business Magazine from 2006-17, and has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America for Bank- ing and Finance Law, Bankruptcy and Creditor Debtor Rights/Insolvency and Reorganization Law, and Litigation - Bankruptcy. Mr. Strong received his B.S. in business from Brigham Young University in 1986 and his J.D. from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney School of Law in 1992, where he served as a note and comment editor for the Utah Law Review.
