Zane L. Zielinski

Zane L. Zielinski is a partner at the Law Office of William J. Factor, Ltd. in Chicago and has been a member of the panel 7 trustees for the Northern District of Illinois since 2014. His practice has primar- ily focused on representing bankruptcy trustees and general commercial real estate owners, including the owner of the Chicago Spire. Since 2012, Mr. Zielinski has taught secured transactions and bankruptcy law as part of Loyola University's institute for paralegal studies. Prior to becoming a member of the Illinois bar, he worked for Chicago Title Insurance Company, performed in an Italian marching band, and processed         asbestos-related personal injury paperwork as a general paralegal. Mr. Zielinski is a 1996 graduate of the University of Chicago and received his J.D. in 2002 from the Chicago-Kent College of Law.
