Jimmy D. Parrish is a partner in the Orlando, Fla., office of BakerHostetler in its Bankruptcy, Re- structuring and Creditors' Rights group and has extensive experience in a broad range of insolvency and business bankruptcy matters. He is Board Certified in Business Bankruptcy by the American Board of Certification and has represented corporate debtors, committees, trustees, secured lenders and other creditors in virtually every industry, including agriculture, airline, health care, manufacturing, commu- nications, real estate, hospitality and energy. Mr. Parrish is admitted to practice in Alabama and Florida, and before U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. He received his B.A. in 1997 from the University of Alabama and his J.D. in 2000 from the University of Alabama School of Law.
