Luisa S. Valle-Castro is an associate with C. Conde & Associates in San Juan, P.R., and has been involved in all phases of bankruptcy proceedings, including, but not limited to, counsel to debtors prior to the filing of the bankruptcy petition, preparation of bankruptcy petitions, Schedules and Financial Affairs, counsel at meeting of creditors, litigation pertaining to lift of stay, violations to automatic stay, objections to proof of claims, adversary proceedings and disposition of estate property. She also has experience in the negotiations and drafting of disclosure statements and plans of reorganization. Ms. Valle-Castro has experience as counsel for secured and unsecured creditors within bankruptcy proceedings and in state court litigation. She is admitted to the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the District of Puerto Rico, as well as the First Circuit Court of Appeals, and she is an active member of the Puerto Rico Bar Association, ABI, Puerto Rico Notary Association, Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity International and the American Bar Association. Ms. Valle received her B.S. in biology from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez Campus, and her J.D. from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico.
