Marion M. Quirk, Esq.
Marion M. Quirk is a member of Cole Schotz P.C. in Wilmington Del., where she represents public and privately held corporations in out-of-court restructurings and traditional chapter 11 cases. Her clients include debtors, creditors, lenders and acquirers in all stages of complex restructuring transactions. Ms. Quirk led a team of attorneys representing Reichhold, Inc. in its chapter 11 bankruptcy involving a ¤ 363 sale, which won "Sec. 363 Sale of the Year (over $100 million to $250 million)" from The M&A Advisor. She has been recognized in Chambers USA since 2012 as a leader in bankruptcy law. Ms. Quick began her career as a law clerk to Hon. Stephen D. Gerling, Chief Judge of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of New York. She received her B.A. from Northwestern University and her J.D. from Syracuse University, where she served as the executive editor of the Syracuse Law Review.
