David M. Miller

David M. Miller is a partner with Spencer Fane LLP in Denver, where he works closely with individuals and companies, providing guidance and counsel in all aspects of bankruptcy law and commercial litigation. He previously clerked for two bankruptcy judges early in his career. Mr. Miller lectures frequently on bankruptcy topics throughout Colorado and Wyoming. He is a member of the BankruptcySubcommittee of the Colorado Bar Association, ABI and the Faculty of Federal Advocates, and he isa former panel member of the Chapter 7 Trustees for the District of Colorado from 1996-2002. In addition, he previously served as a staff attorney for the Standing Chapter 13 Trustee for the District ofColorado from 1989-90. Mr. Miller has been listed in Colorado Super Lawyers for Bankruptcy and inLaw Week Colorado’s Barrister’s Best: 2016 People’s Choice for Best Bankruptcy Attorney. Mr. Miller received his B.A. in 1985 from the State University of New York at Buffalo and his J.D. in 1988 from the University of Denver
