Elissa D. Miller

Elissa D. Miller is a member of SulmeyerKupetz, APC in Los Angeles and has more than 30 years of experience representing creditors, creditors’ committees and trustees in bankruptcy cases. With an emphasis on creditors’ rights, and business and commercial litigation in all state and federal courts, she has been active in cases involving high-net-worth individuals and a variety of middle-market businesses. Ms. Miller serves as a member of the Chapter 7 Panel of Bankruptcy Trustees in the Central District<br>of California and has also been appointed as a chapter 11 trustee in various cases. She also serves on the board of directors of Valley Community Healthcare, the Executive Committee of the Business Law Section of the California Lawyers Association and the Southern California Chapter of CARE (Credit Abuse and Resistance Education). Ms. Miller received her B.A. from the University of California at Los Angeles and her J.D. with honors from Southwestern Law School in 1985.
