Mark F. Stickney

Mark F. Stickney, CPA is a principal with Spinglass Management Group, LLC in Portland, Maine and has nearly 35 years of financial management experience. He has worked as an advisor in areas such as business reorganization, acquisition, operational review, debt restructuring and interim management. He has also served as a receiver and a chapter 11 trustee, with clearance from the Office of the U.S. Trustee. Mr. Stickney has served as the restructuring CFO for a publicly traded restaurant chain, as a forensic         examiner for a $40 million health care entity, as CFO for a $140 million distribution and manufacturing company, as CRO for a $165 million wholesale distributor, as restructuring advisor for a $500 million fuel distributor with 125 convenience stores, as CRO for a $40 million defense manufacturer, as CFO of a startup VC-backed medical device company, and as a restructuring professional with a $360 mil- lion contract food service provider. He has also served as receiver, trustee, acting CFO, CRO, financial advisor and litigation support in hundreds of cases. Mr. Stickney began his career in public accounting and spent five years with KPMG Peat Marwick. He received his B.S. from the University of Maine and his M.B.A. from the University of Southern Maine, and completed the coursework and comprehensive exams in a Ph.D. program in organizational behavior from the University of Maine.
