Olivia Allison, CFE is a senior managing director in the Investigations and Risk Advisory practice for K2 Integrity in London, where she assists international clients with managing risk and find-ing strategic solutions in challenging circumstances. She has expertise leading anti-bribery and corruption (ABC) reviews for publicly listed companies; leading large-scale fraud investigations, asset search and recovery, internal investigations and misconduct investigations; conducting due diligence on counter parties; and preparing expert witness reports for use in international litigation and arbitration. Ms. Allison also supports clients with anti-money laundering (AML) and anti-corruption compliance needs, pre- and post-transaction due diligence, forensic technology, and investigations to support internal audit engagements. Her industry experience is broad and includes the oil, gas and mining sectors of the energy industry, the agricultural sector, banking and financial institutions, and international governmental agencies. Ms. Allison previously was a partner and head of Forensic & Risk Consulting with KPMG in Ukraine and Kazakhstan, leading services including investigations, corporate governance, risk management, internal audit and cybersecurity. She joinedKPMG’s Forensic practice in London in January 2011. In 2013, she served as head of CorporateIntelligence in Russia and the CIS, and in 2016 she moved to Ukraine, where she helped build up a large local team that worked with Ukrainian and international businesses to help them manage risk and improve compliance. Before joining KPMG, Ms. Allison worked in an international risk consultancy in the former Soviet Union, Africa and the Middle East. She has also worked as a journalist and researcher. Ms. Allison is a a frequent public speaker and panelist, as well as article contributor.She received her received her B.A. from Rice University in Slavic studies, where she received theRoy and Hazel Zeff Scholarship for Fellowship and researched media development and politics inKazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan. She received her M.A. with merit from King’sCollege London in international peace and security, and is fluent in Russian.
