Kelly L. Scola

Kelly L. Scola is a creditors’ rights attorney at Butler Rowse-Oberle PLLC in Saint Clair Shores, Mich.,and has practiced for nearly 30 years. She was also a staff attorney for Chapter 13 Trustee David WilliamRuskin. Ms. Scola has been Board Certified in Consumer Bankruptcy Law by the American Board ofCertification since 2000. She was a member of the original board of directors of the Consumer Bankruptcy Association and served as an officer for many years. Ms. Scola has been a speaker on bankruptcy topics at local and national seminars by the Consumer Bankruptcy Association, ABI and the NACTT.She received her B.A. in English from the University of Michigan and her J.D. from Wayne State University.
