Natalie D. Ramsey is co-chair of the Bankruptcy + Reorganization Group of Robinson & Cole LLP inWilmington, Del., and the partner in charge of its Wilmington and Philadelphia offices. She practices in all areas of domestic and international restructurings, crisis management, financings, acquisitions in distressed situations and asset-recovery litigation, often involving challenges to complex corporate transactions. Ms. Ramsey is Board Certified in Business Bankruptcy Law by the American Board ofCertification and a Fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy, where she presently serves as theThird Circuit Regent. She is ranked as a Star Individual in the field of Bankruptcy/Restructuring inChambers USA, and she has been recognized in Lawdragon as among its 2020 “500 Leading U.S. Bankruptcy and Restructuring Lawyers.” In 2017, she was named among Turnaround & Workouts’ “Out-standing Restructuring Lawyers of 2017” and in the inaugural class of “Best of the Bar: Philadelphia’sTop Leaders” by the Philadelphia Business Journal. Ms. Ramsey serves on the boards of The RiddleHeathCare Foundation of the Main Line Health System, as well as the Consumer Bankruptcy Assistance Project, for which she served as president from 2012-13. She also serves as a member of the Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics of the University of Delaware Advisory Board. Ms. Ramsey is a member of the International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation, the TurnaroundManagement Association, and the Delaware, New York State, Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations. She received her B.S. from the University of Delaware and her J.D. in 1984 from VillanovaUniversity School of Law.
