Richard A. Steadman, Jr. is senior attorney of Steadman Law Firm, P.A. in North Charleston, S.C. He focuses his practice primarily on chapter 7, 13 and subchapter V filings, but has had a wide range of experience in other fields of law through his more than 40 years of law practice. Mr. Steadman is a member of the South Carolina Bar and the South Carolina Bankruptcy Law Association, and he is a Master in the J. Bratton Davis Inn of Court. He received his undergraduate degree in 1976 from Wofford College and his J.D. in 1981 from the University of South Carolina School of Law.
