Domenic E. Pacitti
Domenic E. Pacitti is a partner in the Wilmington, Del., office of Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg LLP, where he regularly represents debtors, distressed-asset purchasers, creditors' committees and other strategic parties in connection with pre-packaged and traditional bankruptcies, out-of-court workouts, DIP and exit financings, bankruptcy litigation and ¤ 363 sales. He also advises officers and directors of distressed companies on corporate governance and fiduciary duties. Mr. Pacitti's recent notable representations include serving as lead debtors' counsel in the chapter 11 cases of Edwin Watts Golf Shops LLC, Life Uniform Co. Inc., Tactical Intermediate Holdings, Massif Mountain Gear Co. LLC and Jevic Transportation, Inc. He has also served as Delaware co-counsel for numerous chapter 11 debtors, including Appleseeds Intermediate Holdings LLC, Atrium Corp., Conexant Systems, Muzak Holdings LLC, North American Petroleum Corp. USA, Physiotherapy Associates LLP, Samson Resources Corp. and TMP Directional Marketing, Inc. Mr. Pacitti has been named one of "America's Leading Lawyers in Bankruptcy" by Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business, The Client's Guide since 2006 and in the 2014 and 2015 The Best Lawyers in America. Previously, he clerked for Hon. Rosemary Gambardella of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey. Mr. Pacitti received his B.A. in 1984 from Lycoming College and his J.D. in 1987 from the University of Richmond School of Law.
