David M. Klauder

David M. Klauder is a founding member of Bielli & Klauder, LLC in Wilmington, Del., where he focuses his practice on commercial and corporate bankruptcy, commercial and general litigation, and corporate law. He has experience in all aspects of corporate and personal bankruptcy, representing debtors, creditors and trustees in chapter 7 and chapter 11 cases. In addition, Mr. Klauder is a subchapter V trustee in the District of Delaware and has handled more than 30 subchapter V cases since the SBRA went into law in 2020. He also is a court-appointed fee examiner in many complex chapter 11 cases in both the District of Delaware and Southern District of New York. Prior to forming Bielli & Klauder, Mr. Klauder spent 10 years as a trial attorney for the Office of the U.S. Trustee in the Wilmington, Del., where he had primary responsibility on behalf of the federal government for some of the largest corporate chapter 11 bankruptcies in the country. He received his B.B.A. from Loyola University Maryland and his J.D. from the George Washington University Law School.
