Allen G. Kadish is a partner with Archer Greiner P.C. in New York, where he focuses his practice in the areas of corporate crisis management, complex transactions, chapter 11 restructurings, workouts, creditors’ rights, business law and business litigation. His clients include distressed and non distressed businesses in transition, corporate borrowers in debt transactions, debtors, creditors, lenders, vendors, fiduciaries, purchasers, investors, committees, professionals and others in- and out-of-court. Mr. Kadish represents parties involved with reorganization and restructuring issues in a wide range of industries, including airline, arts and entertainment, automotive, communications, construction, e-commerce, electronics, energy, environmental, fashion, financial services, food and beverage, gaming, health care, in-vestment capital, jewelry, manufacturing, media, oil and gas services, real estate, retail, sports, technology and transportation. He also is a qualified mediator, certified by ABI/St. John’s University School ofLaw, and is an approved mediator for the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He has conducted mediations in, among others, the SunEdison and Madoff mega-cases.Previously, Mr. Kadish clerked for Hon. Manuel D. Leal, Jr. of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas at Houston. He is a global trustee for the Turnaround Management Association and a member of ABI, workOUT Professionals, the American and New York State Bar Associations, and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. He also has volunteered on ABI’s “40 Under 40”program steering committee. Mr. Kadish received his B.A. from Rutgers University and his J.D. fromBenjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University.
