Mark S. Indelicato

Mark S. Indelicato is the managing partner of Hahn & Hessen LLP in New York, where he specializes in the practice of bankruptcy and creditors' rights. He has been counsel to official unsecured creditors' committees in many cases, including Vertellus Specialties Inc., Hancock Fabrics Inc., Furniture Brands International Inc., Associated Wholesalers Inc., Reichhold Industries and some of the largest subprime         mortgage lender bankruptcies filed, including New Century TRS Holdings Inc. and American Home Mortgage Corp. Mr. Indelicato is past chair of Turnaround Management Association's New York Chap- ter and clerked for Bankruptcy Judge Prudence Beatty of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. He graduated cum laude from Stern School of Business of New York University and received his J.D. from Fordham Law School.
