George B. Hofmann
George B. Hofmann is a shareholder with Cohne Kinghorn, P.C. in Salt Lake City, where his practice encompasses all aspects of the debtor/creditor relationship with a focus on bankruptcy law. He has rep-resented debtors, creditors, trustees, committees, bondholders, indenture trustees, and a variety of other parties with interest in bankruptcy proceedings, and was appointed to the panel of chapter 7 trustees for the District of Utah in March 2011. Mr. Hofmann’s bankruptcy experience includes plan confirmation and objections to confirmation, asset sales, avoidance litigation, claims litigation and executory con-tract disputes.
