William C. Heuer

William C. Heuer is a partner in the New York office of Duane Morris LLP, where he focuses on busi- ness reorganization, bankruptcy law and creditors' rights litigation. He is a member of the Editorial Advisory Board of the Norton Journal of Bankruptcy Law and Practice and has authored numerous articles on bankruptcy law. Mr. Heuer is an adjunct professor of law in the LL.M. program at St. John's University School of Law and has been involved in a number of bankruptcy cases decided by the U.S. Supreme Court, including Law v. Siegel, Stern v. Marshall, Schwab v. Reilly and Marrama v. Citizens Bank of Massachusetts (In re Marrama). He received his B.A. from S.U.N.Y. in 1991 and his J.D. from St. John's University School of Law in 1997, where he was an editor for the ABI Law Review.
