Daniel A. Hepner

Daniel A. Hepner is sole shareholder of Daniel A. Hepner, P.C. in Louisville, Colo., where his areas of practice are devoted primarily to bankruptcy and bankruptcy litigation (representing creditors and trustees) and business and commercial litigation. He has been a member of the panel of chapter 7 trustees for the District of Colorado since April 1999 and has also served as the case-by-case chapter 12 trustee in the District of Colorado since August 2007. Mr. Hepner has also been appointed as a chapter 11 trustee in cases pending in the District of Colorado. In addition, he has participated as a lecturer on bankruptcy and collection law issues at various continuing legal education seminars. Mr. Hepner received his B.A.and M.A. in philosophy from the University of Colorado and his J.D. from the University of ColoradoSchool of Law.
